• Do you accept credit and debit cards?
  Yes. Our PayPal checkout will accept your credit or debit card. You do not even have to have a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card.
• Are there any other payment methods? Do you accept cash, check or money order?

• What if I don't have a credit card, debit card or PayPal account?

The Download Process and Download Questions

• How will I download the rosters?
  As soon as your payment clears PayPal, you will receive an e-mail from our shopping cart system. This e-mail will include a download link for your roster file and directions.
• I received an "Order Confirmation Notice" email, but no download email?
  The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt e-mail from our shopping cart. Please make sure that you actually clicked the PayPal button and made your payment. When you reach your order confirmation page on our shopping cart, there will be a PayPal button. You need to click this button to finish your order and pay at PayPal.   You will receive a receipt e-mail from PayPal if you completed your payment. If you have not received a receipt e-mail from PayPal you probably did not click the PayPal button.
  
  If you think you forgot to click the PayPal button. Just go back and re-order your roster download on our shopping cart, but remember to click the PayPal button this time around.
• I paid on PayPal and I received my PayPal receipt email, but I still have not received my download e-mail?
  Be sure to check your "junk" or "bulk" mail folder. Sometimes the download e-mail will get put to your bulk or junk mail folder.
  
  It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes for your payment to clear PayPal. It all depends on your credit or debit card provider. Usually you will receive your download e-mail within 1 minute of your purchase.
  
  In rare instances, some banks may take 1-3 business days to clear your payment. If you think this has happened to your order, first check to make sure you received your PayPal receipt and then call your credit or debit card customer service department. The Paypal reciept e-mail will have the Paypal logo.
• I am having trouble getting the roster file from computer to Xbox 360?
  We have created a help video. Please watch before calling in or emailing for help.
• I am having trouble getting the roster file from computer to PS3?
  We have created a PS3 download help video. Please watch before calling in.
• I am having trouble getting the roster file from computer to PS2?
  We will have a help section as soon as we complete the NCAA 09 rosters in July 2008.
• I am having trouble getting the roster file from computer to Wii?
  We currently do not support Nintendo Wii, but we plan on doing so in the future.

The Purchase New Memory Card Process

• How does the purchase new memory card process work?
  You can purchase a brand new memory card with the roster file of your choice pre-loaded. We will ship the memory card right to your front door via United States Postal Service shipping.
• I've lost my paper directions that came with my package?
  Please e-mail us at contact@psxsports.com and we will e-mail you new directions. Please indicate what system you need directions for. • How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
  We ship via United States Postal Service First Class 2-5 business days. Because we are located in the central United States, most orders only take 2-3 business days to arrive at your front door.

The Mail In Process

• How does the mail in process work?
  If you already own a memory card, you can mail it to us and we will load the roster file for you. Then we will ship your memory card right back to your front door. Click here for our mail in directions.
• I've lost my paper directions that came with my package?
  Shoot us an e-mail at contact@psxsports.com and we will e-mail you new directions. Please indicate what system you need the directions for.
• How long does it usually take for me to get my memory card back?
  It usually takes 3-10 business days from the time you mail your memory card out to the time it arrives back. We ship via USPS First class 2-5 business days.

Shipping Questions

• What shipping method and shipping provider does PSXsports.com use?
  We ship via the United States Postal Service. We use their First Class 2-5 business day service. Your local postal delivery person will deliver your package right to your front door. If you order a brand new memory card, you will be e-mailed a delivery confirmation tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
• What type of packaging will my order come in?
  Your memory card will come in a yellow 6 x 10" air bubble padded envelope.
• How long does it usually take for me to get my order?
  For new memory card purchases it usually takes about 2-5 business days.
  
  For mail in orders it takes about 3-10 business days from the time you mail your memory card out to the time it arrives back.
• How much does shipping cost?
  We do not charge you for shipping. We take care of it for you.

• NCAA Football 09 Rosters Questions?
  Do your rosters include the real names?
  Yes, our roster files include the real names.
  
  Does your roster files include all division 1A teams?
  Yes, our roster files include the rosters for all division 1A teams.
  
  Will the rosters work during online play?
  Yes, the rosters will work during online play.
  
  Do you change the players ratings?
  No we do not change the player ratings. This would cause the rosters to not work during online play.
